As someone with a lifelong passion for health, fitness and longevity I have devoted my life to find the most effective and sustainable training and lifesytle choices..

With the background as a Sportsphysiotherapist, trained as the first german female Poliquin Strenght & Conditoning Coach, Naturopath and Functional Medicine Practitioner, I discovered that there were really only 5 basic principles that busy professionals needed to do to burn fat and build muscle most effectively.
Thanks to the physical transformation we produce and the endorsements we have received, Hi Performance is the preeminent address for improving body fat levels, gaining muscle mass and overall health and performance.  

Our mission is to help as many people as possible to become healthier, leaner and stronger.

I appreciate that getting to see us in our studio isn't always possible or even affordable. But, I decided to give as many people as possible the chance to benefit from the knowledge we have deveopled after decades of being in this industry.

Right now, we have an opportunity for 25 committed people who want to dramatically improve their fitness and their physiques through their own 12 week transformation.

This program is not for everyone…

We are only looking to work with the most coachable and committed people. The people who will follow through, do the work and make the effort to get to the gym and do their meal prep.

If we both decide that the 12 Week Transformation is the right fit for you and your goals, and you make the decision to move forward and join the transformation, you will receive a bespoke program:
 
1. Your unique custom periodised training plan so you know exactly what to do in the gym and when.

2. Your unique custom nutrition plan and coaching so you know what to eat and when as well as the tools to help you stick to your diet.

3. 12 weeks of 1-1 online fitness and nutrition coaching  including weekly coaching call and unlimited email access giving you the support and accountability you need to stay focused and motivated.

Who is the Program For?
The 12 Week Body Transformation is primarily for busy, professional women or men .
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes - The 12 Week Body Transformation is a gym-based training program so access to a gym or typical home based gym equipment is required to complete the program.
Do I need to have any prior training experience?
Yes - The challenge assumes an intermediate level knowledge of the basic principles of fitness training and competence in basic strength training exercises. As such, it's not suitable for complete beginners. If you have no prior gym experience, we highly recommend you work directly with a qualified personal trainer until you are competent and confident enough with the typical gym exercises and equipment to train on your own.
